Position currently available: Administration Traineeship - Mount Gambier, SA

GTE Apprenticeships | Traineeships, in partnership with Timberlands Pacific, is offering a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification — Certificate III in Business. This full-time, fixed-term traineeship is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in finance, commerce or business administration.

Location: Mount Gambier, SA Position: Full-Time

About the Role:

Based at the Timberlands Pacific office Mount Gambier, you’ll work in a professional and supportive team environment, gaining practical experience across customer service, finance and general administration.

  • Full-time traineeship on a 12-month fixed-term contract, 38 hours per week

  • Commencing November 2025

  • Gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, team-based workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Learn to process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records.

  • Help with general office duties such as data entry, document preparation, and responding to emails.

  • Work with a friendly and professional team.

  • Assist with customer service, including answering phone calls and supporting front counter enquiries and the general running of the office.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn.
✔ Confident using computers and open to learning new systems.
✔ Organised, reliable, and capable of working in a team environment.
✔ Keen to build a long-term career in business, administration or the timber industry.
✔ Holds (or is working towards) a current driver’s license.
